Daily WOD

Every 30 seconds

Perform 1 Power Snatch every 30 seconds for 15 minutes.

*use 70-80% of 1 RM for Power Snatch

then...

5 x 3 Box Jumps (40 seconds rest)

*Use a box 70-80% of 1 RM Box Jump

Post loads used and box jump height to comments.
